To Whom It May Concern:
This letter gives Addle Mentry and Cesar Andrade with Creative Sign Designs (the
"Representatives") the authority to act on behalf of Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC ("Coke Florida")
to execute the permitting process in the governing municipality (the "Project"). Coke Florida
authorizes the Representatives to submit applications for all trades pertaining to the Project, for the
above address, which includes, but is not limited to, sign, building, and/or electrical permits, and
variances. Coke Florida also authorizes the Representatives to sign permit applications on its behalf.
After all permits and variances, if applicable, are issued for the above site, Coke Florida gives Creative
Sign Designs and its vendors permission to manufacture and install the signage for the Project in
accordance with contracts in place between Coke Florida and Creative Sign Designs for such services.
The authorization
granted in this letter may be revoked by Coke Florida at any time.
