I was not able to complete the review. The permit was submitted in November of 2019. At that time the new FEMA Flood maps were not adopted yet. One of my comments request the survey to be updated with the Flood zone information based on the maps of 2012. The survey submitted in the digital package is based on the 2020 maps and all documents are based on that survey. William Durden, chief Plans examiner gave the following two options. Since the permit is submitted in 2019 all the documents including survey will need to be based on the 2012 Flood maps and finished floor elevation. Or, cancel that permit, submit a new application with updated survey, he is ok to transfer the fees and all the plans to the new permit and we can base everything on the 2020 Flood zone maps. Please let me know what you would like to do. If you choose to void permit, please confirm in an email and attach a new application to it so 1 can process accordingly.
