L[�CIE COf1 T,Y�' .� Subject: Riverside @ Island Dunes SID—Minor Site Plan Dear Mr. Ladyko: COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR The St. Lucie County Community Development Director has granted your request for site plan approval of the above referenced project. This site plan approval becomes effective immediately. Enclosed is an unrecorded copy of the resolution. A recorded copy of the resolution will be forwarded to you upon its receipt by this office from the Clerk of the Court. If you are ready to submit your final plats for approval by the Board of County Commissioners, you may do so. Please include the following information with your final plat submittal. 1. One (1) original and two (2) mylar copies of the proposed final plat, each with the required non -governmental signatures and certifications. 2. An executed Subdivision Improvement Agreement with the Letter of Credit to be coordinated through the County Attorney's office. 3. One (1) 8Y2" X 11"copy of the Final Site Plan/Preliminary Plat. 4. The final plat processingirecording fee of $250. Once we have received this documentation, we will circulate it for final county signatures and complete the recording of the plat. Please be sure to include an additional original with your filings, if you would like one for your files. In accordance with Section 11.03.01(E) of the Land Development Code, please provide an electronic data file of this subdivision in a DXF or DGN format.
