Energized Electric hereby agrees to furnish all labor and materials necessary for the completion of
services as specified below:
1) Supply and Install (1) 22,000 watt Generac generator model #7043 with Wi-Fi
enabled monitoring device
2) Supply and install (1) 200 amp service entrance rated automatic transfer switch
with (5) load sharing modules
3) Supply preformed concrete slab
4) Deliver and set generator in place
5) Includes labor, battery for generator, materials, and permitting
6) Start up and test
7) Price includes 1st break in oil change
8) Price includes 7 year extended warranty though Generac (customer must
contact Generac directly to qualify)
NOTE: Gas is quoted on separate proposal
NOTE: Energized Electric is NOT responsible for grass that dies or landscaping that has to be
replaced for proper installation of conduits. If replacement of sod is requested Energized
Electric will replace/install up to 100 SO feet of sod for $395 00

This agreement shall be construed under the laws of the State of Florida. This agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties and supersedes all previous verbal or
written agreements: there are no other agreements, representations or warranties not set forth herein. If any conflicts exist In this agreement between terms which are printed
and those which are typed or written, the typed or written language shall govern.

For Generac 5 year Extended Warranty ($495.00) Initial

Price includes 5 load sharing modules, if additional load sheds are required, they
will be an additional $189.00 each
Energized Electric supplied labor and electric material are warrantled for (1)
year from date of final inspection or completion. If no permits were required, the
equipment and parts are per manufacturer's warranty policy
Energized Electric is MOT responsible for iandscapbng, sprinkler, water or sewer
line repairs, and will not be responsible for broken water or sewer lines that
occur diming the !nstallation process
(FLOOD ZONE PROPERTHES:
'T•he cost wall be the responsibility of customer if elevation certificate if required
by Building Department
Extra charges will apply if generator has to be elevated
Deposit will be forfeited if customer cancels after permit process has begun.
50% cancellation fee applies if customer cancels after generator has been
ordered
A site survey of your property showing property lines is required to pull a
permit. Please provide along with this signed proposal
Customer will be responsible for getting approval from their H.O.A or P.O.A
Energized will not be liable for customer not obtaining final approval
Energized electric is not responsible for any delays ¢lane to F.P.L. or any electric
service provider for shutdowns. Energized Electric or Gas wlll not be responsible
for any delays caused by product shortage, availability of materials or weather
delays
