Scope of Work –Bath & Kitchen Alteration

Guest Bath
- Removal of floor covering & replace new
- Removing existing toilets, vanity, countertop, mirror, fixtures & installing new
- All required FBC Electrical work to be completed
- All required FBC Plumbing work to be completed
Master Bath
- Demolition of existing master bath
- All required FBC Electrical work to be completed
- All required FBC Plumbing work to be completed
- Installing new Beadboard wall covering
- Complete any drywall install, patch & repair as needed
- Framing as needed
- Prepitch of shower floor, pan, liner
- Durarock install in shower
- Installing new tile for bath & shower floor & shower walls
- Install new shower door
- New countertop
Kitchen
- Demolition of existing kitchen
- Cutting back pantry
- Concrete cutting & termite treatment
- All required FBC Electrical work to be completed
- All required FBC Plumbing work to be completed
- Any drywall patch & repair
- Installation of cabinets
- Countertop installation
