Brilliant Roofing reserves the right to substitute any materials with equivalent or superior products. All agreements must appear in writing as no verbal agreements will be warranted. Contractor is not responsible for labor disputes, strikes, poor weather setbacks, acts of god, or any other delays beyond the Contractor's control.
