13. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders

parties relating to or arising out of this agreement, the parties shall submit to pre -suit mediation in St Lucie County prior to filing suit. Venue for any litigation related to or arising out of
the work performed shall lie solely in St Lucie County. The parties further waive trial by jury. In the event of anybtigation related to or arising out of the work performed the prevailing
party shall be entitled to an award of reasonable attorney's fees
