Tear off the existing concrete tile and flat roof down to plywood decking.
-Inspect existing roof decks for any deficiencies and/or rot.
-Remove and replace of plywood, nailed off to code with 8D ringshank nails.
-if any additional plywood is needed it shall be billed out at $65.00 per sheet and approved prior homeowner prior to
continuing with replacement.
-Re-nail entire roof deck to meet the updated Florida Building code with 8D ringshank nails every 4/6".
-Remove and replace up to 50' worth of rotten/damaged fascia nailed off to code with 10d ringshank nails.
-Note: If any other wood work is needed refer to wood and labor addendum.
-install 30# D-226 felt paper to code with 1-1/4" ringshank nails and 1-1/2" tin --tags.
-install Tri-built HT-TU high temperature self -adhering modified tile underlayment to code.
-Clean and re -use existing wall flashing at all existing wall details.
-Install 26ga. painted 3" x 3" painted drip edge and 16" galvalume valley metal nailed off to code with 1-1/4" ringshank
nails.
-install (1) self -flashing 2549 Miami -Dade approved skylights to code with 2-1/2" screws.
-At the other skylight opening frame out with 2x4 and install 5/8" CDX plywood code with 8D ringshank nails.
-install 24ga. galvalume hip and ridge channel to code with 1-1/4" ringshank nails every 6", set in modified cement.
-Install new lead boots and galvalume gooseneck vents at all plumbing and vent locations.
-Install Boral "standard" Concrete roof the system to code with stainless steel screws.

St. Lucie County makes no representation that is granting a permit will authorize the permit holder to build the subject structure
which is in conflict with any applicable Home Owners Association rules, bylaws or and covenants that may restrict or prohibit such
structure. Please consult with your Home Owners Association and review your deed for any restrictions which may apply.
In consideration of the granting of this requested permit, I do hereby agree that I will, in all respects, perform the work
in accordance with the approved plans, the Florida Building Codes and St. Lucie County Amendments.
The following building permit applications are exempt from undergoing a full concurrency review: room additions,
accessory structures, swimming pools, fences, walls, signs, screen rooms and accessory uses to another non-residential use
WARNING TO OWNER: Your failure to Record a Notice of Commencement may result in paying twice for
improvements to your property. A Notice of Commencement must be recorded in the public records of St.
Lucie County and posted on the jobsite before the first inspection. if you intend to obtain financing, consult
with lender or an attorney before commencing work or recording vour- Notice of Commencement.
