(GFA) has been retained by Cenury Complete Homes to perform Private Provider Inspection Services for 6504 Santa Clara Blvd. Lot 10 in St. Lucie County. The inspection services will be performed to verify that the proposed structures are constructed in accordance with the approved plans, specifications, and any approved modifications. The qualifying Private Provider will be Thomas Montano (PE84146) who is competent to provide the inspection services for these types of structures. The building inspectors licensed under FS468 in the various disciplines will be Josean Duprey Rodriguez (BN7330), Don Determan (BN4688), John Carl Peterson (BN5555), William McColman (BN7752), Richard Jefferson (BN1164), Richard Schofield (BN2710), Don Green (BN7301), John Postlewaite (BN2543).
