This shall confirm Landlord's review and APPROVAL, of the Sign Drawings (attached) as proposed by Allen
Industries for Metro One Wireless Inc: at the above -mentioned shopping center. This approval is contingent
upon tenant obtaining approval from all governmental and quasi — governmental agencies with jurisdiction.
This shall authorize tenant, as owner having leasehold interest and David Allen, Allen Industries of NC Inc.
and/or.their authorized agents, to procure permit and install signage at this location. Signs cannot be installed
without a permit, Tenant is responsible for pulling all permits,and finalizing all permit. Open permits create
unacceptable property violations, compliance is mandatory.
