Hovnanian intends on purchasing the Property from the existing Owner, Waterstone Holding Investments, LLC, on or about December 18th, 2019. After K. Hovnanian purchases the property and becomes owner it intends to begin construction on Lot 58. Waterstone Holding Investments, LLC (formerly named Waterstone Builders, LLC), the Owner of the Property, by executing this letter hereby authorizes Joseph Spalt, (registered general contractor) as an agent of Owner to execute the Building Permit Application. Prior to issuance of a Building Permit, K. Hovnanian intends to purchase the Property from Owner and will request a change of ownership on the building permit application at such time as it is the legal owner of the Property.
