signatures.

- Filled Land Affidavit
- Notice of Commencement
- Notice of Vegetation Removal Application
- Authorization Application stating Kevin Borkenhagen may sign on behalf of the Owner
- Saint Lucie County Property Appraiser Property Summary Card stating Ownership
