CHRIS DZADOvsKy This serves as your "Notice to Proceed" for the River Park Marina Docks Project per
VICE-CHAIR the Scope of Work on contract number C20-04-315 which is included with this
DISTRICT 1 notice along with the purchase order for this project, P2022251.
SEAN MITCHELL As required by the contract, work shall commence within 10 (ten) calendars days
DISTRICT 2 from the date of this notice to proceed (June 13, 2020)with substantial completion
by October 31th (150 days) and completion of the project on or before January 4,

Once each month progress payments will be made in accordance with the contract
