SCOPE:
This Evaluation Report is issued under Rule 61620-3 and the applicable rules and regulations governing the use of
construction materials in the State of Florida. The documentation submitted has been reviewed by Robert Nieminen,
P.E. for use of the product under the Florida Building Code and Florida Building Code, Residential Volume. The products
described herein have been evaluated for compliance with the 61h Edition (20171 Florida Building Code sections noted
herein.

CoNTiNusc, COMPLIANCE., This Evaluation Report is valid until such time as the named product(s) changes, the referenced
Quality Assurance documentation changes, or provisions of the Code that relate to the product change. Acceptance of
this Evaluation Report by the named Client Constitutes agreement to notify Robert Nierninen, PE. of any changes to the
product(s), the Quality Assurance or the production facility location(s). NEMC} ETC, LLC requires a complete review of
this Evaluation Report relative to updated Code requirements with each Code Cycle.
ADVERTISEMENT: The Evaluation Report number preceded by the words "NEMO I etc. Evaluated" may be displayed in
advertising literature. If any portion of the Evaluation Report is displayed, then it shall be done in its entirety.

6.3.3 Slopes of 4.12 or gl eater.
End (vertical) laps shall be minimum 6 -inches and side (horizontal) laps shall be minimum 4 -inches. End (vertical)
laps shall be offset from course to course not less than 6 feet.
Minimum attachment shall be in accordance with FBC Table 1507.1.1 or R905.1.1. When batten systems are to be
installed atop the underlayment, the undedayment need only be preliminarily attached pending attachment of the
battens.
6,3.4 Slopes of 2:12 to less than 4:12:
End (vertical) laps shall be minimum 12 -inches, and side (horizontal) laps shall be minimum 25 -inches. End (vertical)
laps shall be offset from course to course not less than 6 feet.
Begin by fastening a 25 -inch wide strip along the eaves. Place a full -width sheet over the starter, completely
overlapping the starter course. Continue upslope, maintaining minimum 25 -inch side (horizontal) laps, resulting in
a double -layer application.
Minimum attachment shall be in accordance with PBG Table 1507.1.1 or 8905.1.1. Secure end laps 4 -inch o.c.
When batten systems are to be installed atop the underlayment, the underlayment need only be preliminarily
attached pending attachment of the battens.
6.4 Titanium4 PSI! -313:
6.4.1 Non -Tile Installations:
Shall be installed in compliance with the codified requirements for ASTM 01970 underlayment in FBG Table
1507.1.1 for the type of prepared roof covering to be installed, and Owens Corning published requirements.
Titanium""' PSU-30 shall be back -nailed in accordance with Owens Corning published installation requirements.
6.4.2 Nail -On Tile Applications:
Shall be installed in compliance with the requirements for Self -Adhered Membrane underlayment set forth in
FRSA/TRl April 2012 (04-12), and Owens Corning published requirements. Titanluni'm PSU-30 shall be back -nailed
max. 6' o.c. with 12 ga. galvanized annular rink shank nails through 32 ga., 1 -5/8 -inch diameter tin caps in
accordance with Owens Corning published installation requirements.
Refer to Section 5.8 for the staging limitations_
6.4.3 Foam -On Tile Applications:
Shall be installed in compliance with the requirements for Self -Adhered Membrane underlayment set forth in
FRSA/TRI April 2012 (04-12), and Owens Corning published requirements. Titanium' PSU-30 shall be back -nailed
max- 6!, o.c_ with 12 ga- galvanized annular rink shank nails through 32 ga-, 1 -5J8 -inch diameter tin caps in
accordance with Owens Corning published installation requirements.
Refer to Table 1A for allowable the adhesives.

6,5,1 The Titanium 2 -Ply System consists of a base layer of Titanium UDL-30 (top -surface primed or sheet inverted)
mechanically attached to the wood roof deck followed by Titanium PSU-3(I, self -adhered.
6.5.2 Non -Tile Applications:
Install Titanium UDL-30 (top surface primed or sheet inverted) in accordance with Section 6.3 followed by Titanium
PSU-30 in accordance with Section 6.4.

6.5-3 Nail tart Tile Applications:
For nail -on the Installations, install Titanium UDL-30 (top surface primed or sheet inverted) in accordance with
FRSA/TRl April 2012 (04-12), using Section 6.3 as a guide, and considering the wider sheet width relative to ASTM
D226 felt. Then apply Titanium PSU-30 in accordance with Section 6.4.
Refer to Section 5.8 for the staging limitations.
6.5.4 loam -tin Tile Applications.
For foam -on the installations, install Titanium UDL-30 (top surface primed or sheet inverted) in accordance with
Section 5.6.1 herein. Then apply Titanium PSU-30 in accordance with Section 6.4
Refer to Table 1A for allowable the adhesives.
Refer to Section 5.6.1 for wind uplift limitations.
Refer to Section 5.8 for the staging limitations.
BUILDING PERMIT REQUIREMENTS:
As required by the Building Official or Authority Flaying Jurisdiction in order to properly evaluate the installation of
this product.

Contact the manufacturer or the named QA entity for plants covered under Rule 61G20-3 QA requirements. Refer
to Section 4 herein for product & production locations having met codified physical properties specifications.
