Thank you for taking the time to dialog with us and sharing your observations on Thursday 41h June, 2020 regarding the
Plans submittal for the structure located at 6906 Coquina Ave, Fort Pierce, FL 34947.
In providing an overview of the project we would like to highlight the following:
• The structure as is, has "NO" interior walls, only the exterior walls are in place.
• The existing Floor Plan does not exist.
• The current "footprint' of the structure as it stands is 2,123sq ft.
• The existing "footprint' would be increased by approx. 203sq ft to include the proposed New Patio addition and
the slab extension to the garage.
• Block enclosure of existing patio.
• Repair to existing plumbing.
• Re - Roof
• Doors and Windows Installation.
• Complete New Electrical and Mechanical.
• Interior Framing and Finishing
