In providing an overview of the project we would like to highlight the following: • The structure as is, has "NO" interior walls, only the exterior walls are in place. • The existing Floor Plan does not exist. • The current "footprint' of the structure as it stands is 2,123sq ft. • The existing "footprint' would be increased by approx. 203sq ft to include the proposed New Patio addition and the slab extension to the garage. • Block enclosure of existing patio. • Repair to existing plumbing. • Re - Roof • Doors and Windows Installation. • Complete New Electrical and Mechanical. • Interior Framing and Finishing Respectfully submitted with thanks, Contractor: Roderick Waller 4-�, � W A" g.20 (Signatur) (Date)
