Comment 1: VEGETATION REMOVAL OR EXEMPTION PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRE AT
TIME OF PICKUP. IN CASE YOU HAVEN'T SUBMIT AN APPLICATION, PLEASE DO SO AS
SOON AS POSSIBLE.
Response: Vegetation permit was applied and approved per Lynn Swartzel in
Environmental.
Comment 2: PLEASE PROVIDE WIND LOAD REQUIREMENTS AND A FOUNDATION
DETAIL FOR RELOCATED LIGHT. (1603.1)
Response: Light pole to remain in existing spot and no longer being relocated.
Comment 3: PLEASE CONTACT GRANT CHAMBERS FROM WATER QUALITY DEP. TO
PROCEED WITH THE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT. 772-462-2741.
Response: Site development was applied and approved per Mr. Chambers.
Comment 4: PLEASE BE AWARE THAT A BUILDING PERMIT WILL NOT BE ISSUED UNTIL
A DEVELOPMENT PERMIT HAS BEEN APPROVED AND ISSUED THRU WATER QUALITY.
THE BUILDING PERMIT WILL PROCEED THRU THE PLAN REVIEW PROCESS.
Response: Noted. A site development permit was issued per Mr. Chambers.
