Threshold Inspections for the above referenced project were performed from July 2,2020 through July 13, 2020. OBSERVATIONS: • All loose concrete has been chipped and corroded reinforcing bars have been exposed. a (3)#4 existing top reinforcing bars under the sliding glass door track are heavily corroded. • The surface spall area is approximately 3'-6"x 4'-05'. • (3)new#4 top bars x 4'-0"have been wire tied to the'existing bars. Repairs are in accordance with design documents and approved for concrete pour. Concrete pour is scheduled for Thursday,July 3,2020 @ 9am.
