Permit 00200850 authorizes the foliowin¢ According to St. Lucia County Land Development Regulations (Chapter
6.00.(6) this project qualifies for a Vegetation Removal Permit. The following vegetation has been surged for removal:

Specific Permit Conditions: Areas outside of the development footprint shall be considered preservationlprotection
areas (land Development Code Section 6.00.01 A conspicuous protective banner shall be placed and maintained
round the perimeter of protected areas) of vegetation to form a continuous boundary as specified In the General
Conditions of Issuance section.
Gsmrel Conditions of Issuance: The follomi g minimum standards for vegetafion protection shall be applied to areas
Of vegetation designated to be preserved:
. At a minimum distance of either ten (10) feet from the edge of groups of protected vegetation or from the
radius of the dnplins from all protected trees, whichever Is greater;

No grade changes or excavation of any son may be made within the barricaded areas;
. If any excavation or other activities am expected outside of the preserve area or dtlpline, the roots should first be
pinned (to the depth of requiretl excavation) to sever them cleanly;
. If underground utilities must be muted through a protected out zone area, tunneling under the roots shall be acquired;
. If inflation must be installed, it shall be installed outside of the dnplins of all preserve areas and protected trees;
. No fill material, construction material, concrete, paint, chemicals, or other foreign materiels shall be stored, deposited or
disposed of within a vegetation preservation area;
. No signs, permits, When, or other affachments shall be affixed or attached to protected vegetation;
. No equipment, including passenger vehicles, shall be driven, parked, or All or repaired within designated vegetation
preservation areas.
Past Clearing Requirements:
t. Mitigation: Mitigation requirements are to be met through onsits preservation. During a site visit on 8119
120, END staff noted that sufficient trees are identified for preservation, to need and exceed the mitigation
requirement.
3. Landscaping: The landscape requirements of one native time per 2,500 square feet of property, up to a maximum
of 17 trees, must be mat. As this property Is 6.6 acres (acres % 63,560 = square feet of this property) 287,496
square feet, (square feeV2,5011 = trees), 17 trees (measuring 2.5' diameter at breast height (DBH) 8 12' HT), or
a total of 62.5 oBH of trees are Required. Please note that landscaping requirements are separate from, and In
addifion to, time mitigation requirements.
