Per our earlier conversation, the Planning Department would not review the elimination of the office & restroom for this
project. As long as the building is not increasing in size, this would be only a Building Code matter. Please let me know if
you have any questions.

Tahir is the project planner and was notified. Will you please check in with him, letting me know if any
concerns arise?
If there's internal connectivity, or access to the restrooms, it appears to be solely a Building Code matter.
