To Whom It May Concern:
Please be advised our office has inspected the roofing installations for the shingle re -roof.
It appears that the roof is in aged condition, although it is our opinion that the work
performed at the time of construction met the requirements in force at the time of
construction (FBC 2004). Inspections include underlayment, shingle installations, and
roof final.
Approximate roof installation age: 8 years
