Per contractor request, the following alternate has been reviewed and approved by this office:
Pad Footer P-1
• The contractor may use a 36"W x 20"D x 72"L pad footer in lieu of the 48""W x 48"D x Cont.
pad footer as specified on the permit set of plans. The reinforcing for the pad footer shall
remain the same as specified on the permit set of plans.
All other details shall follow the permitted set of plans. Should you have any questions regarding
the above subject, please call.
