This letter is about the proposed entrance area deck and stairway for Holiday Out unit #125
presently under the ownership of Flora-& Mike Rispoli. The attached document is instrumental
in this material addition being viewed as acceptable for approval by Holiday Out management.
Should there be any deviation from said document as to size, location, etc. management
reserves the right to revisit this decision.
