To Whom It May Concern:
As requested by the St.Lucie County Building Department,we performed a site visit to verify that the roof
underlayment complies with the Florida Building Code(FBC)61 Edition—Residential because a dry-in inspection
was inadvertently not done.
At our request,the contractor removed shingles at 3 random locations to verify the underlayment is a self-adhering
membrane by GAF(Weather Watch Mineral Surfaced Leak Barrier).
