Re: Renovation to Existing Perimeter Seawall and Bridge System

Dear Building Official:
CSM engineering was hired to produce construction renovation drawings for the perimeter seawall
system,batter pile system, and bridge system. Construction drawings were produced on 7-12-18. CSM
also performed ongoing inspections during the renovation of the seawall system from start to finish. The
inspections included the following:
1. Bridge and boat ramp area renovations
2. Seawall renovations to concrete cap and batter piles
3. Steel sheet pile cleaning and coating
I hereby certify that the seawall,bridge, and batter pile system restorations were constructed in
conformance with the FBC 2017 6th Edition and CSM drawings dated 7-12-18.
Certify means to state or declare a professional opinion based upon the As-Built Seawall Structures.
Certify does not mean or imply a guarantee by the engineer nor does an engineer's certification relieve
any other party from meeting requirements imposed by construction, age, original material strength, or
other means, including meeting commonly accepted industry construction practices.
