Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida and being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the easterly right of way line of U.S. Highway 1, thence
running along the easterly right of way line of U.S. Highway, north 18 degrees
58 minutes 34 seconds west a distance of 1,426 feet 5.0816 inches;
Thence run north 89 degrees 42 minutes 35 seconds east a distance of 244.75
feet;
Thence run north 0 degrees 28 minutes 58 seconds west a distance of 320.20
feet;
Thence run north 86 degrees 49 minutes 46 seconds east a distance of 388.07
feet to the said common section line,
Thence run south 0 degrees 28 minutes 58 seconds east with the common
section line a distance of 20.90 feet;
Thence run north 89 degrees 58 minutes 5 seconds east a distance of 375.92
feet to the westerly right of way of the Florida East Coast Railroad right of
way;
— Thence run south 19 degrees 50 minutes 10 seconds east along the said
_ westerly right of way a distance of 1,777.19 feet, to the south line of said
Section 5;
Thence run north 89 degrees 58 minutes 5 seconds west along the south line of
Section 5 a distance of 1,144 feet 10.0894 inches to the true point of beginning
and containing 41.26 acres.
