Adjustment to Minor Site Plan
Dear Mr. Justice:
The St. Lucie .County Development Review Committee.has reviewed your application
for a minor adjustment to the above referenced project and has determined it to meet
the minimum technical requirements of Section 11.02.03(C), St. Lucie County Land
Development Code. This site plan approval becomes effective immediately. The
purpose of this adjustment is to allow for the construction of an 867 square foot
mausoleum.
This minor adjustment shall be subject to the following condition:
Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Completion of the proposed
project, the petitioner, his successors or assigns, shall convey to St.
Lucie County, 30 feet of additional road right of way for Old Dixie
Highway over the petitioners entire parcel. The petitioner shall
provide a boundary survey and legal description of the proposed 30'
right of donation. The easterly limits -'of said donation shall be a line
30' east of and parallel to the East right of way line of Old Dixie
Highway as indicated on the Maintenance Map recorded in Plat Book
19 at page 22 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. The
conveyance shall be in a manner and form acceptable to the St.
Lucie County Attorney.
This approval does not in any way constitute authorization to begin construction. Prior
to the commencement of any construction on this property, an application for specific
building permits must be obtained from Code Compliance Department. Building permit
applications may be submitted at any time following the receipt of this notice. For
