been constructed in substantial conformance with the design documents and specifications as
duly noted in our field reports.
Threshold Inspections for the above referenced project were performed from May 19, 2020
through June 1, 2020. Copies of all field reports were distributed to the Owner, the Contractor,
the Engineer of Record, and the Building Department.
