To Whom It May Concern:
An Engineer from B & B. Engineering Inc. visited the site to visually inspect the in progress and final
installation of the new Polyglass TU Max underlayment direct to deck , evaluation report E1322.09.06-R5 FL.
Approval 7473R-8, and the Concrete Eagle Tile mechanical attached with 2D nails as per FRSA/TRI at above
building.
The building roof structure is composed of pre-manufactured wood beams at 24" on center. To meet the
required wind loading as per ASCE 7-10, exposure C, the plywood shearing was re nailed to the wood trusses
using galvanized steel 8-D ring shank nails at 4" on center edge and 6"center field.
The Polyglass TU Max underlayment and the Concrete Eagle Tile were installed according to the 2017 F.BC,
Manufactures indications and the Saint Lucie County Building Department Code. To the best of our knowledge
and professional ability, it is B. & B Engineering Inc. opinion that the work in progress and final installation
were properly done, and the new Polyglass TU Max underlayment and new Concrete Eagle Tile for the above
Building are structural sound and safe .
Limitations.
Our professional services have been performed, our findings obtained, and our opinions prepared in accordance
with general accepted structural engineering principles and practices. This Company is not responsible for the
conclusions, opinions or recommendations made by others based on our findings. The scope of the inspection
were intended to evaluate the installation of the new Polyglass TU Max underlayment and the new Concrete
Eagle Tile for the above Building. The opinions submitted in this report are based upon the field inspection
performed on April February 6, 2020.

Approval 7473R-8, and the Concrete Eagle Tile mechanical attached with 2 #8 Screws per tile, per FRSA/TRI
at above building.
