This certification does not address any possible sinkhole activity as defined in Florida Statute § 627.706. This certification takes into consideration the fact that Federal Engineering and Testing, Inc. completed a "Subsoil investigation report" and noted the two types of deep foundations. This design was not a deep foundation. It was an improvement to the existing shallow foundation and is hereby approved by me as providing the needed additional load support.
