TRUSS COMPANY, LTD., a Florida limited partnership, `Grantor, and ST• LUCIE
COUNTY, a political division of the State of Florida, whose address is 2300 Virginia
Avenue, Fort Pierce, FL 34982-5652, *Grantee,
WITNESSETH, that said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND
NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations to said grantor
in hand paid by said grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted,
bargained and sold to the said Grantee, and Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the

a distance of 74.00 feet to a point on the East right-of-way line of Kings

of-way line a distance of 452.60 feet back to the Point of Beginning.

SUBJECT TO: conditions, restrictions, reservations, limitaticns, and easements of

and subsequent years, but that reference to the restrictions, shall not operate to
reimpose the same.
HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Grantee in fee simple.
AND THE GRANTOR DOES HEREBY COVENANT WITH THE Grantee, that at
the time of the delivery of this Deed, the land was free from all encumbrances made by
Grantor, and that Grantor will warrant and defend the same against the lawful claims and
demands of all persons claiming by, through, or under Grantor, but against none other.
