Compliance Statement: The product as described in this report has demonstrated compliance with
the Florida Building Code 2017, Sections 1504.3.2
Product Description: 1.0” Nailstrip .032” Aluminum Roofing Panel
Panel Material/Standards: .032 Aluminum 0.028” MIN. To be in compliance with FBC 2017 Section
1507.4.3 Corrosion Resistant. Paint Finish (with approval) Optional
Panel Dimension(s): As Tested: 16” Coverage Width
Fastener: #10 x 1” panclip fastener through the nailstrip leg of the panel spaced 6" on
ends and 6” O.C. Fastener goes through the nail strip panel and not the pre-
existing nailstrip slots.
The female leg of the panels snap-fit to the male leg of the adjacent panels.
Moisture Barrier: Boral TileSeal – Self-adhered to the plywood roof deck.

Attachment – 0.120” x 1-1/4” galvanized annular ring shank roofing nails with
32GA tin caps spaced 6” o.c. at perimeter and overlaps, w/ 2 intermediate rows

Fire Barrier: A single layer was used with a 4” overlap between adjacent sheets.
Substrate Description: Option to use 1x4 SYP Wood Purlins over15/32” 4-Ply CDX Plywood
Sheathing or Wood Plank.
Design Uplift Pressures: -168.5 PSF spaced @ 6” O.C.

Code Compliance: The product herein has demonstrated compliance with the Florida
Building Code 2017, Sections 1504.3.2
Product Report Scope: The product evaluation is limited to compliance with the structural wind load
requirements of the Florida Building Code 2017, as relates to Rule 61G20-3.
Performance Standards: The product described herein has demonstrated compliance with:
Reference Data: Testing: UL 580-06 Tests for Uplift Resistance of Roof Assemblies
Test Lab: Intertek-ATI Report #: G1195.09-450-44 Dated: 08/12/16
Quality Assurance Entity: The manufacturer has established compliance of roof panel products in
accordance with the Florida Building Code and Rule 61G20-3.005(3) for
manufacturing under a quality assurance program audited by an approved
quality assurance entity.
Minimum Slope Range: Minimum Slope shall comply with Florida Building Code 2017, including Section
1515.2 and in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations.
Installation: Install per manufacturer’s recommended details.
Underlayment: Shall comply with Florida Building Code 2017 Section 1507, Table 1507.1.1
Roof Panel Fire Classification: Any approved fire barrier having a current NOA. Fire classification is not part of
this acceptance.
Shear Diaphragm: Shear Diaphragm values are outside the scope of this report.
Design Procedure: For roofs within the parameters listed on the load table, fastening pattern must
at a minimum meet those listed for the applicable wind zone. For all roofs
outside the parameters listed on the load table, design wind loads shall be
determined for each project in accordance with FBC 2017 Section 1609 or ASCE
7-10 using allowable stress design. The maximum fastener spacing listed herein
shall not be exceeded.
Note: Dimension [a] is defined as 10% of the minimum width of the
building or as 40% of the mean height of the roof, whichever is
smaller.
Note: [a] cannot be less than either 4% of the minimum width of
the building or three [3] feet.
Limitations:
1.Underlayment to be compliance with current Florida Building Code (FBC)2017 6TH ed.. see Chart 1507.1.1
2.Minimum slope to be compliant with Florida Building Code 2017 6th ed., and per with Manufacturer’s installation reference.
3.Products are compliant with State of Florida product approval per Rule 61G20‐3. Compliance Method: 1‐D
4.Engineering analysis for “project specific approval by local authorities w/jurisdiction is allowed by other registered engineers.
5.Fire classification is not part of this acceptance. Shear diaphragm values are outside this report.
6.Support framing in compliance w/FBC 2017 6th ed., Chapter 22 Steel, Chapter 23 Wood and Chapter 16 Structural Loading.
