NOTE
1. All revisions must be in compliance before the final inspection.
2. The Fire Marshal requires 24 hour notice on all inspections.
3. The respective Building Department shall schedule all final inspections through the Fire Marshal's Office.
4. Permit fees are required to be paid in full prior to any inspections.
5. Failed inspections require payment of fee prior to rescheduling of further inspections.
6. A copy of the required revision/s have been transmitted to the Architect () Contractor ( ).
7. Penetrations through rated assemblies shall be of proper UL design.
8. UL design criteria shall be submitted with the construction plans.
THE FLORIDA FIRE PREVENTION CODE, 2001 EDITION IS CURRENTLY ENFORCED.

NOTE: The incorrect Life Safety Code edition is noted. As noted above the FFPC, 2001 is
enforced. The FPPC incorporates the modified 2000 edition of NFPA 101.
1. Classrooms 3 and 4 exit through a storeroom. FFPC 2001, Sec.101-7.5.2.1 does not allow this.
2. A fire alarm system is required under separate permit.
3. Interconnect the fixed fire protection system with the fire alarm system.
4. Windows marked "A-1" and "C-1" shall be rated assemblies.
5. Provide one 2A-10B:C rated fire extinguisher for every 75 feet of travel distance.
6. The life safety plan and the electrical plan do not match.
Indicate locations of all emergency light fixtures and exit light fixtures, including directional exit light
fixtures.
