No organics, deleterious materials or expansive, highly plastic clays were encountered. The proposed residence can be supported upon conventional shallow footing foundation designed for a maximum allowable soil bearing pressure of 2,000 pounds per square foot(psf). Notes: In Place Density Testing must be scheduled for stem wall backfill and footings prior to concrete placement. These tests are in addition to the tests performed. Any additional fill placed will require additional testing at standard unit fees. This testing covers the house pad only. Pool and deck areas were not included in this study;these items can only be tested as they are constructed. Please notify us in the event you wish to test pool subgrade and backfill. This test was performed without deviation-from ASTM procedures. This report shall not be reproduced, except in full, without the written approval of Universal Engineering Sciences. <
