PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.) Deposit of cabinetry paid in full plus 25% of the project. A deposit check, payable to Island Kitchen and Bath, is required for a project to be scheduled.
Credit Cards are NOT accepted. Deposit checks will not be cashed until the project is about to commence.
2.) Draws will be collected as needed to complete the project. If the client refuses to pay a draw, the project will be halted until payment is collected.
3.) Full payment of open balance within 3 days of completion of the project.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The prices represented are based on project and product average costs. Prices may vary once project and product measurements, details, and selections
are made by client.
ISLAND KITCHEN AND BATH will execute all work according to the Florida Building Code and is licensed in the state of Florida and is in good standing.
Time spent by the owners on the project is not a billable item. All work will be accordance with the scope of work detailed within the contract.
Due to unforeseeable conditions inside walls, behind cabinets, etc.., additional cost may occur during construction for issues such as mold, and existing
plumbing/ electrical not being safe or code compliant. These additional costs are NOT included in any contract pricing and will be dealt with as needed.
This contract does NOT account for product defects or product backorder. These issues may affect the project timeline and will be dealt with as needed.
Any changes requested by the client, after the original contract is signed, will result in a change order. Change orders will affect the project timeline and
are an additional cost to the original contract pricing. A change order will result in a separate fee of $100 per change order, in addition to the total cost of
the Change Order. Change Orders must be signed, and paid immediately and separately from the original contract pricing.
All selections must be made at the time of the contract, unless otherwise stated, such as, To Be Decided (TBD) or Supplied by Owner (SBO). If there is not
a selection stated, TBD, or SBO then we cannot promise the price written within the contract.
It is the client's responsibility to provide all additional information that may be needed for the project. Such as, appliance specifications, all SBO material,
etc.. If any incorrect information is provided by the client, Island Kitchen and Bath is NOT responsible for any additional cost or time that may occur from
this error.
