DEMO AND INSTALLATION:
1. PRIOR TO INSTALLATIONTHE CONTRACTOR WILL VERIFY ALL DIMENSIONS. THE
CONTRACTOR UNDERSTANDS THAT THE EXISTING BUILDING WILL REQUIRE MODIFICATION AS

6. THE CUT AREA OF THE CONCRETE SHALL BE CLEAN AND IN THE STATE OF "SSD" (SURFACE
SATURATED DRY) PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF PATCHING
REINFORCING REPLACEMENT:
1. ALL REINFORCING WITH DETERIORATION OF MORE THAN 15% OF THE
