DIRECTOR MAY GRANT RELIEF OF THE CODE. A WRITTEN REQUEST SHOULD BE DIRECTED ATTENTION
LESLIE OLSON, AICP, DIRECTOR PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT. PLEASE
INCLUDE IN YOUR LETTER THE REASON OF THE REQUEST, THE PROPOSED ELEVATION, THE ELEVATION
OF THE CENTER LINE OF THE ROAD, ADDRESS AND PERMIT NUMBER AND IF THE PROPERTY IS IN A
FLOOD ZONE THE MIN. REQUIRED FLOOD ZONE ELEVATION. PLEASE SUBMIT THE LETTER TO MY
