LS 6391.
2. On September 8, 2020, the Stonecypher Surveying, Inc field crew provided construction staking
at the above referenced Tower Site. The tower site lease parcel, easement, tower center, fence &
gate corners, centerline swale and benchmarks were all staked.
3. Specifically, a 5/8" rebar and cap stamped PSM 6391 was set at the center of the tower location
as shown on the survey prepared by this firm and as shown on the construction drawings
prepared by B+T GRP. Said tower location is at the Latitude and Longitude referenced above.
