Please allow this letter to serve as written evidence that I have personally inspected the
repairs to the facility that were repaired from the hurricane damage from Hurricanes
Frances and Jeanne of 2004. The repairs were made to the structural steel columns and
to the shell using materials that meet or exceed the requirements of the Florida Building
Code, 2001, when the repairs were made. These repairs also meet the requirements -of
the FBC — 04, currently in effect but not in effect at the time these repairs were made --
These repairs will meet -the requirements for the winds per Chapter 1609 (FBC-04), ands
the steel columns, purlins, and metal roof and siding are in compliance with the FBC-04.
