Please be advised that we have reviewed the installation of a double 1 x 4 pressure treated window and or door
buck and find that the installation of windows and doors fastened with tapcons thru the buck with a minimum
penetration of 1 %" into block walls meets with our approval, Florida Product Approval, as well as the
requirements of the 2017 Florida Building Code for the above referenced project.
