A visual inspection was completed from July 27,2020 through August 28,2020 at the above referenced site.It
was concluded that in the areas inspected the unsuitable surface soils (muck)had been removed from within the
area of the building within a reasonable professional engineering probability and certainty as recommended in
our soils report dated January 9,2020.Also,attached are the compaction test results for the imported backfill
for this foundation.
