Subject: Dr. Leonard M. Holtzman PNRD Site Plan - Minor Adjustment
Dear°Ms. Farnsworth:
The St. Lucie County Development Review Committee has reviewed
your March 11, 1992 submittal of the above referenced project, and
we have found it to.be complete. As we understand it, the purpose
of this revision is to add a sidewalk along the east side of the
building, provide a landscape header around' the septic tank
drainfield,-and replace three live oak trees with queen palms in
clusters of three.
Please be advised that this notification does not in any way
constitute final authorization for construction. This
authorization will not be given until the required building permits
have been obtained. If you have any questions on this matter,
pleape contact Mr. Luis Serna of our office for assistance.
