Notice of Correction or Additions
Re: 3501 Orange Ave., Ft. Pierce, FL 34950

Dear Sirs:
As a response to the NOTICE of Additions or Corrections received at the
above property, the items are listed to address each item on the notice in
numerical order.
1. The hole in the shower has been covered and sealed tight.
Vacuum breakers have been installed on exterior hose bibs.
2. Drinking fountain: See closing notes
3. The grab bars in the bathrooms have been adjusted to proper height.
4. The front door threshold has an accessible concrete ramp to the front
door.
4. The accessible approach from the parking lot has been enlarged to
conform to ADA requirements.
5. The reception area entrance was enlarge to meet ADA guidelines.
The break room : See closing notes.
Closing notes pertain to the items 2 , drinking fountain and 5, the break
room. The owners are requesting to eliminate these two comments
from the NOTICE. The architect recommends that we cite two
sections of the building code to avoid these additions. The sections
being cited are:
1. 202.4 Alternatives Affecting Primary Function
Areas
2. 202.4.2 Accessible Feature in the event of
Disproportionality.
Below is a breakdown of expenses for this project as requested by Doug
(building official) in conversation with Phil (architect) around August 18, 2020.
Please accept these explanations and completions for the Notice served
at 3501 Orange Ave. Should a reinspection be required, advise me of such to be
scheduled.
