What a mess. There are two buildings for Cond 1 and then Condo 3. The original addresses are on the map, but they changed this somewhere along the way by a Letter from the Condo Association. The address for all permits for the common use areas should be 10800 Ocean Drive S. Since there are three buildings,(we probably should ask Eileen to set up a Property Screen for the above address but have three buildings attached. Maybe we could list them as A, B & C.) The Tax ID would be 4511801 0000 0000. There are actuall two ID numbers, 45118010000 0000 for A & B and 4511802 0000 0003 for C. Since these no longer exist, we could use only one ID. I am not sure what would be easier for Eileen to set up and for everyone to find. . If we fax the map to the Contractor he can check the building where the repairs will be made. We can also give this to the Inspector when he goes out for the inspection. Can you call Phyllis and get her fax number so we can fax her the map and the information once Eileen has created addresses for the project buildings. Phyllis' number is 561-835-4788. If you.or Eileen have any questions, or a better way of doing this let me know. I think Eileen has more knowledge with these strange addresses, so whatever she thinks is fine with me.
