Per your comments on the review for the above project:
1- Truss company corrected the truss layout to match the original
Engineered plans
2- Details for all the structurals per the original plans are on the last 2 pages of my set
Of drawings
3 - Now providing- 8-%2 x 11
4 - Client to provide
5- Using tie beam- no lintels- top of beam at 9'-4" dr/window hgt 8'- 0"
They will increase depth of beam at these locations to 16 " perimeter beam is 12" deep
