MATERIAL PROPERTIES OF COLD FORMED LIGHT GAGE STEEL MEMBERS CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF ASTM-570, WITH A MINIMUM YEILD OF 55.000 PSI. TEMPORARY SUPPORTS, SUCH AS TEMPORARY GUYS, BRACES, FALSEWORK OR OTHER ELEMENTS REQUIRED FOR ERECTION WILL BE DETERMINED, FURNISHED, AND INSTALLED BY THE ERECTOR. WHEN ERECTING A RAFTER OR ROOF BEAM, TEMPORARY GRAVITY SUPPORT (CRANE AND SHORING) MUST BE MAINTAINED UNTIL ALL FLANGE BRACES FOR THAT MEMBER AND THEIR RELATED PURLINS ARE INSTALLED. WHEN ERECTING A RIGID FRAME WITH INTERIOR COLUMNS, A RAFTER SECTION SHOULD NOT BE RELEASED FROM ITS TEMPORARY GRAVITY SUPPORTS (CRANE AND SHORING) UNTIL THE ADJACENT SPAN (S)INCLUDING ALL COLUMNS REQUIRED ARE BOLTED IN PLACE AND ALL FLANGE BRACES FOR THE ABOVE ARE INSTALLED.
