This letter is to certify that the above referenced building has been designed
to sustain no less than the requested design loads, as listed on the order
documents, applied per the 1994 Standard Building Code, specifically as follows:
Collateral Load - 3 psf
Roof Live Load - 20 psf
Frame Live Load - 12 psf
Ground Snow Load - 0 psf Importance - N/A Exposure - N/A
Wind Load - 110 mph Importance - 1.0 Exposure - N/A
Wind design is based on a fully enclosed building. All accessories provided by
others must be designed to sustain no less than the same wind criteria as the
building.

Plastic Design, June 1, 1989, the AWS D1.1-94 Structu.ral Welding Code - Steel,
the AWS 01.3-89 Structural Welding Code - Sheet Steel, and generally accepted
engineering practices.

All structural components supplied by Whirlwind for this project have been
fabricated in Whirlwind's facility in Houston, Texas. This facility has been
approved for Category MB Metal Building Systems as set forth in the AISC Quality
Certification Program.
This letter of certification .includes only the, steel building as furnished by
Whirlwind Steel Buildings, Inc., and specifically excludes all accessories,
anchor bolts, foundation,, masonry; or general contract work.
