Dear Building Official:
CSM engineering was hired to produce construction renovation drawings for the perimeter seawall
system, batter pile system, and bridge system. Construction drawings were produced on 7-12-18. CSM
also performed ongoing inspections during the renovation of the seawall system from commencement to
completion:
The Passed Inspections include the following,but not limited to:
1. Bridge progress Inspections
2. Bridge Final Inspection
3. Boat Ramp Progress and Final Inspections
4. Seawall Concrete Cap Progress and Final Inspections
5. Seawall Batter Pile Progress and Final Inspections
6. Seawall Final Inspection
7. Steel Sheet Pile Cleaning and Coating Progress and Final Inspections
8. Concrete Spall Progress Inspections
9. Concrete Spall Final Inspection
10. Concrete Cap Crack Injection and Sealer Application Progress and Final Inspections
I hereby certify that the seawall, bridge, and batter pile system restorations were constructed in
conformance with the FBC 2017 6th Edition and CSM drawings dated 7-12-18.
I hereby certify that the seawall, bridge, and batter pile systems listed above were restored/constructed in
conformance with the FBC 2017 6th Edition,Existing FBC 2017,ACI Concrete Code,NDS Timber
Code,ASD,AISC, and CSM drawings with latest revision date of 7-12-2018. To the best of my
knowledge, all work performed by the contractor meets or exceeds the above technical codes and CSM
drawings. I Certify that the permit drawings with a latest revision of 7-12-2018, meet or exceed the
requirements of the above technical listed codes in relation to strength, stress, strain, stability, loads, and
load combinations. I Certify that the CSM drawings as stated above conform to the applicable laws as to
egress,type of construction, and general arrangement.No electrical,mechanical, or plumbing work was
performed under this permit.
