Indian River Dr. Permit # 2003-0642 To Whom It My Concern Please accept the following responses to the comments dated 3/25/2020 from your agency. Response shown on plans corresponding (if required) to these comments are noted. COMMENT: Product review affidavit on plan page A-1 Therma Tru door FL# 20468.8 Design pressure is not filled in Design pressure required on plan page A-1 product review affidavit zone 5 is 53.6 and FL # 20468.8 only has a design pressure of -50. Response: The design pressure was added to the product review and zone 5 has been removed since the door is in zone 4 see revised product review sheet A-1. COMMENT: Design wind load on plan page a-1 specifies wind velocity as 200 mph is the house designed to 200 mph? The lot falls in wind speed zone 160-162 please clarify. Response: Yes the house was designed for 200 mph wind zone. COMMENT: Plan page A-1 neither bathroom meets the accessibility requirement one bathroom has to be accessible per 2017 FRD R320.1. Response: See revised bathroom door size sheet A-1 COMMENT: Product review affidavit plan page A-1 specifies image ii standing seam roof panels plan page A-4 wall sections specify 5v crimp. Response: The wall sections on sheet A-4 have been revised to match the product review. COMMENT: Porch section and typical wall section plan page A-4 do not meet the requirements of section R403.1.4 the FRC 2017 minimum depth exterior footings shall be 12 inches below undisturbed surface. Response: See sheet A-4 for footing dimensions which show the footings at 12 inches below undisturbed surface. COMMENT: Design professional of record truss plan was not submitted with permit. Response: See attached truss layout. COMMENT: Truss manufacture truss plan reviewed and approved by design professional of record were not submitted with permit. Response: See attached truss layout. COMMENT: Lot survey with elevation and proposed finished floor is required and was not submitted with permit. Response: Contractor to provide COMMENT: The slab for the future detached garage is not attached to the house therefore requires a separate permit. The two permits can share one set of plans. Please submit a second application and refer to this permit and plans. Response: Contractor to provide. COMMENT: Pleas provide a survey and floor plan with approval stamp Health Dept.
