2 No underground improvements have been located as part of this Survey.
3 The last field date of this Survey was: 12.1Z 19.
4 This Survey was prepared using Deed Legal 'Description and adjacent plats of record if available.
No other documents were provided and no search of the public records was performed by this
office.
5 This Survey was prepared in accordance with the standards for the practice of Surveying &
Mapping as defined in 5J-17.050-052FAC.
6 By acceptance of this survey all parties agree that the signing surveyor's liability is limited to the
amount paid for said Survey.

been verified by field measurements. See map for bearing base.
8 Parcel/Lot line locations have been based on found survey control along the center and or right
of way line of adjacent right of ways and found control along adjacent parcel limits. A portion of
the Northerly limits also reflects an occupied line. This line appears to have been established by
holding to the width as identified by that deed and based on existing survey control along its North
line. This line appears to be in conflict with the width identified in the Legal description for the
subject properties of Parcel 2.
