Dear Mr. Hatcher:
This letter is in response to concern raised by the inspector during a review of mechanical
systems: The air handlers (units 13 & 14) for the Club Repair Laboratory (room 104) and
Computer Testing Laboratory (room 103) have been moved from their proposed location. Both
of these air handlers have been located on the flat deck above space 102 adjacent to the two
laboratories. Fire dampers have been installed at both supply and return ducts. These air handlers
were relocated to avoid conflicts with the trusses and allow the labs to be quieter. This
installation is acceptable.
Please contact me at the phone number or address listed below if you have any further questions
or concerns. Thank you for your time.
